Getting started with our mailers is easy! Simply call, text, or email, and we’ll send you the details, invoice, and timelines to secure your spot.

How It Works:

1️⃣ Mailer Announcement: We announce an upcoming mailer for a specific area and open up reservations.
2️⃣ Ad Reservations: Businesses reserve their spot and submit ad details.
3️⃣ Confirmation & Payment: We follow up with details and send an invoice.
4️⃣ Ad Creation & Approval: Our team designs your ad for approval, or you can provide your own.
5️⃣ Mailer Progress Updates: It typically takes 2-3 weeks to fill a mailer, and we send weekly email updates.
6️⃣ Printing & Production: Once all ads are approved, we print the mailers and share progress updates with photos.
7️⃣ Final Prep & Delivery: After printing (which takes about 1.5 weeks), the mailers arrive at our shop, where we prepare them for the post office.
8️⃣ Mailing & Tracking: We send emails and images as the mailers are prepped and delivered to their respective post offices.
9️⃣ Post-Mailing Review: After the mailer goes out, we follow up to discuss its effectiveness and make improvements for the next round.
